In this article I firstly discuss the new mission and of the (potential) tasks of official officers: their executive tasks, information on the fortune, integral services, seizure on immovable property, tasks with regard to bankruptcy and liquidation of companies. Then I move on with the statute of official officers: minimum age, interpretation of its command, territoriality principle, accounting and professional account, fees and tariffs, the procedure of designation, firms and associations of official officers, cession of a practice, property rights on a practice, professional organization, solidarity Fund. Finally, I discuss the deontology and disciplinary rules for official officers. In conclusion, I give a brief summary with six action points.
