Abstract

This paper discusses the procedure of submission of Reports to a Magistrate by the Police where the Police officer who is competent to investigate the case just after the lodging of the FIR and he proceeds to spot to investigate or where he sees that there is no sufficient ground for entering on an investigation he shall not investigate and submit reports to the Magistrate. In case of denial to investigate the informant shall also be notified that fact and the report shall be sent through superior officer of Police as appointed by the Provincial Government by general or special order.
