Abstract

The question of the definition and protection of environmental refugees or climate refugees is becoming more common in reports from UN agencies or organizations in the work of experts, researchers and academics, as well as NGO’s literature. The "qualification" of these movements varies between persons or organizations that are expressed. Today, no legal instrument does not define or provide direct protection, readable and relevant to all environmental refugees: it remains to be built. Therefore, our contribution will analyze the main tracks prospective currently discussed in academia, politics, associations and experts. The degree of realism, relevance and feasibility of these tracks will be interviewed legal.
