Abstract
States, international organizations, civil society, politicians, experts, academics, researchers, affected communities produce knowledge, knowledge, proposals for action to protect the displaced from the environment. they thus participate in setting the agenda of the thematic scientific, political and doctrine but also contribute to the emergence of that embryonic on the international stage. For example, shortly after the Climate Action Plan adopted in Bali 2007, the theme of climate movement came quietly into the circle of international discussions on climate, even if it is still very basic in the negotiations of the States Parties to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change. Similarly, since 2008, collaboration in scientific the informal working group on migration, travel and changes climate is also committed. This is a group of international organizations or UN specialized in the areas of rights of refugees and migration, including the High Commissioner for Refugees, the High Representative Nations United internally displaced persons, the International Organization for Migration, the Norwegian Refugee Council, the Office of Humanitarian Affairs and UN Permanent Inter agency. Will be presented here so the progressive "agenda setting" scientific and policy issues related to climate among the great migration environmental challenges.
