La Corrupción en Colombia: Necesidad de Refundar las Bases de la Confianza Social (Corruption in Colombia: The Need to Restoring the Basis of Social Trust)

Abstract

The absence of social trust in Colombia restrains the conscience to belong to a moral community which shares the responsibility to build a common future, on the bases of human dignity, reciprocity and solidarity values; and instead it emerges an environment of uncertainty, arousing corruption practices. Mind while the State has contributed to the weakening of social trust by creating suspicion in the way to get related to its associated, and by implementing self-defeating actions to fight against corruption. All this induces to seek answers to solve this trap.
