Abstract

Child Labour is a menace that has plagued the Indian society since time immemorial. This paper attempts to analyze the current situation through the lens of statutes, case-laws, opinio juris and empirical data and puts forth certain recommendations to tackle the problem of child labour in India with the humble belief that small hands can handle a pen better.
