Abstract
Article arguing that the Fourth Amendment’s interrelated third party doctrine and operational realities test provide an inadequate “crazy quilt” of protection that ignores property rights online, and how a combination of Justice Brandeis’s Olmstead dissent and Professor Fairfield’s virtual property theory creates a sensible Fourth Amendment application in a digital world.
