There is no cast of shadow, successful managing and leading organizational change is critical for any organization for the purpose of surviving and becoming successful in this highly competitive environment. Although, there are number of theories and methodologies in order to lead organizational change, but what is now available to researchers are quite contradictory. Therefore due to limited support for unchallenged issues within this continuously evolving field of knowledge, it raises some concerns about contemporary nature of managing such a change. The purpose of current study is, to introduce concept of organizational change and looking for a successful approach for managing it. Besides, this paper taking a look at some of the principles for leading organizational change as an important step towards constructing a new framework for managing change.
