Abstract

This short paper was prepared as a supplement to a talk given by the author at the Prince Georges County Bar Association in Upper Marlboro, MD on March 31, 2012. Various developments in Maryland state law are discussed regarding character evidence, and impeachment of witnesses in court proceedings.
