Abstract

This book provides an issues-based study of some of the most compelling areas of agricultural law and is designed for use in a law school survey course. Notes provided by the author raise current issues regarding not only agriculture, but the food system that it supports. Sustainability is an ongoing theme throughout. From the initial discussion fo "agricultural exceptionalism" to the concluding remarks on the future of our food system, the book is designed both to inform and to spark thoughtful dialogue.
