Abstract
English Abstract: It is important not to lose sight of something obvious: this crisis, like all others, is the result of concrete decisions made by specific people. Truth and responsibility are and will be, increasingly, competitive characteristics of countries.
This paper ends by asking the following question. Contemplating the letter sent by the inspectors of the Bank of Spain to Mr. Pedro Solbes in 2006, do you think that Mr. Pedro Solbes, Mrs. Elena Salgado, Mr. Miguel Ángel Fernández Ordóñez and Mr. Jaime Caruana, among others, have some responsibility in the crisis we suffer in Spain? What do you think should be done with them?
