Europese E-Justice – Ambitieus en Weerbarstig (European E-Justice - Ambitious and Intractable)

Abstract

Het Meerjarenactieplan 2009-2013 voor de Europese e-justice beoogt de digitale informatievoorziening over het recht van de EU en de lidstaten te verbeteren, en het elektronisch rechtsverkeer tussen justitiabelen, juridische beroepsbeoefenaren en rechtsprekende instanties te faciliteren en stimuleren. De lat is hoog gelegd; aan uitdagingen geen gebrek.

The multi-annual action plan 2009-2012 on European e-Justice aims to improve digital access to EU and national legal information, and to facilitate electronic information exchange between citizens, legal practitioners and governmental/judicial organizations. High ambitions and no lack of challenges.
