Abstract
In our previous publications [1,2] , we argue that company performance is a multicriteria utility function. We present variables directly and indirectly affect performance of companies as well as figure 1, which argues that company performance as an endogenous is a function of one exogenous and two endo-exogenous. The model exogenous is entrepreneurs background (EB), and its endo-exogenouses are entrepreneurs strategy perception (ESP) and entrepreneurs strategy making activities (ESMA).
