Research Note on Consumer’s Behavior: Case of Airline Electronic Ticketing

This note is a short review of a study by E. Rezamand and S. Sorooshian, in airline consumer’s behavior, which tries to cover two areas of knowledge, electronic ticketing from information technology studies and consumer behavior from management studies. The paper starts with a short background and research problem statement, and then continues with research questions and objectives of the study. Finally, six variables is introduced as the research findings; which according to the gathered date, these variables have the greatest contribution to explaining the airline consumer’s behavior.
