The disparation in defining Management are attributed to: 1. perspectives of management and organisation theories, 2. shifts in emphasis from economic and technical aspects to conceptual and human aspects, and 3. Newer focus on internal and external environments of the organisation.
Consequently, a newer definition seems to be evolving, which if not improved by right ethical education will become difficult to correct. There is thus an urgency of sorts. This works cites some examples.
Building upon the people's complex tasks around total Human Development through Education, this paper develops the people roles as a part of Management process.
We realise the role of and contribution of culture, and see that the Merit is nursed along with culture If merit is developed along with square of Culture, the purpose of Education has rightly been accomplished.
