Abstract

AB Ventures Ltd v Siemens Ltd 2011 4 SA 614 (SCA) is the most recent illustration in a series of decisions in South African law which dealt with the borderline between the law of contract and the law of delict. This note deals with this case after an overview of a number of instances where this point of contact occurred.
