Abstract

Business Intelligence (BI) is used by firms to improve decision making, cut costs and identify new business opportunities (Serbanescu, L, 2011). BI encompasses technology and techniques for data and, ostensibly more groundbreaking, text mining; their conversion to an optimal readable form1 in the most expeditious manner2; and the consequential critical decision making process aimed at improving3 business performance.
