Abstract

Stephen Covey described habits of highly effective people in his book titled, 'Seven Habits of Highly Effective People'. Independently people have a role in each individual situation. One may not be a jack in all domains, but if in case becomes a master at one would be quite creditable.

The present work analysis the people's competency/ habits in a general perspective as seen by Stephen Covey, and also adapt them in case one chooses to be a metal caster, foundryman or on larger domain a manufacturing engineer.
