Abstract

This article analyses the procedures for granting industrial property rights from the perspective of Constitutional requirements. It is argued that the Romanian legislature regulated the administrative procedure in view of general principles of the Civil procedure. The respect of the Rules of Civil procedure insure the respect of the Romanian Constitution in procedures in front of the national administrative authority, O.S.I.M.
