Abstract

The subject of present article IV of the New York Constitution is the executive branch of government, namely, the governor and the lieutenant-governor. Present article IV has about 1,400 words. The revised article IV has about 720 words. There are some substantive changes in revised article IV, and there is better expression of constitutional provisions.
