Deepak rushed to Lucknow after his family business failed. The family was succumbed to live in a room that had no electricity and doors. But Deepak had an innate desire, as he always narrated, 'I have a dream and song to sing, to help me cope, with anything; if you see the wonders of a fairy tale; you can take the future even if you fail.' He dreamt big, to emerge as an industrialist and help the needy! Steered by his intent to be an entrepreneur, he lately established a pharmaceutical company in the name of Lucent Pharmaceuticals’. The challenge was to establish his innovative Ayurveda based pharmaceutical product and build customers. The road has not been smooth and the challenges ahead have been many.

Despite the ability to cope with barriers, risks and uncertainties, Deepak and his company Lucent Pharmaceutical is under a challenge to grow globally and emerge from its nascent structure. The imbroglio is how to expand?
