Abstract

Nowadays organizations are keenly concerned with employee comfort needs for increased performance. This study measure the impact of favorable working environment, good office design and motivations on employees’ performance. The main objective of study is to find out the relationship between above mentioned variables and employees’ performance. For this purpose data was collected from different organizations in Hazara division. Findings of study shown that favorable workplace environment, good office design and high motivations increase employees’ performance.
