Abstract

In this article, Linda Malone examines the controversial and critical juncture of environmental regulation of agriculture. The juncture is a result of a gradual and unavoidable regulation extension to formerly unregulated areas of agriculture. A tension has been created between regulators and the courts, as courts have placed limits on regulatory authority of the Environmental Protection Agency.
