Abstract
This Introduction is for a series of articles, which construct the new typology of institutions and use it for management of social-economic systems. The constructed typology will be used for solving of wide classes of problems in separate papers. The paper enumerates these problems. Some are: the requirement of “tolerance for cultural traditions” is an institutional trap; the construction of universal-conceptual institutional code is the main mission for the process of democratization; the “right” education system (primary, secondary and tertiary) and science is the crucial factor for building democracy and a developed society; the new channels for destabilizing of the social-economic situation in the developed countries; the reasons for the return to authoritarian control method in Russia, Ukraine and some countries in the Caucasus and Central Asia; the reasons, from which a number of institutions in developing countries are inefficient, despite the fact that they copy the relevant institutions in the developed countries.
