Abstract

This research determines factors that influence the effective use of e-Services. Factors such as user experience and motivation, perceived usefulness and ease of use are studied to understand the process of effective use for e-Services. Primary core variables of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), perceived usefulness and ease of use, are included into the Electronic Services Acceptance Model (E-SAM).
