One of the main requirements to take part in business life with highly competitive products in a national and international environment, to maintain its presence in the market and to be successful in today's world is to establish long-term partnerships to bring together the elements of the economic according to the same destination. In other words, one of the basic conditions to achieving the above objectives is a common business to do. Be able to work together is a consciousness and a culture in business in itself. That is, to be able to make a joint business is based on the culture and consciousness of partnership.
In particular, one of the essential conditions to achievement of Turkey's 2023 economic targets set by the government is required that business life should be dominated by a common understanding of doing business and a common culture of doing business. The number of enterprises circuiting to second generation in Turkey is fifty percent. More interesting is that the third generation circuit is only two percent. These rates are taken into account, it is understood that there are significant gaps about the necessary consciousness and culture regarding to establish long-term and strong partnership in business life. Consideration of the basic principles of Akhism, which is a non-governmental organization, would be appropriate to develop the culture and consciousness of partnership and to ripen the basic principles of this culture in business life in Turkey. Consideration of the basic principles of Akhism to develop the culture and consciousness of partnership would be meaningful with regard to benefit from the experience a significant organization which has obtained the socio-economic success in a commercial environment in the past, and to gain this experience for today's business life.
To the development of the basic principles of the culture of partnership primarily need to be addressed again the cultural values of the related society. Although the trade gained an international nature, among the partners of businesses, which will exist and will continue the existence in the international trade environment, could not be considered a partnership with their own that cultural values are ignored. In this approach, today's culture of partnership in Turkey should be included the basic principles of Akhism.
