Abstract
Homosexuality as become popular around the world due to some countries as legalized it because they are claimed it as favorite for the practices. Therefore, this paper critically deals with the punishment of homosexuality in Islamic contemporary world, such as Malaysia, Pakistan, Iran and Saudi Arabia, because the majority citizens of these countries are Muslims, not only name of Muslim also practicing it to some extent. It explains the various views of the Islamic jurists, whilst analysis of the position of it under penal code of the four countries. Moreover, the article theoretically explains the various types of punishment of homosexuality in the Qur’an, Sunnah, (Traditional of prophet) (S.A.W) and in that four countries. When ended with persecution of it.
