Abstract

This paper first discusses the trade and investment development between China and Africa; the sound development of bilateral trade and investment between both sides will only be guaranteed in the legal framework. Then the article analyses the legal exchange between both sides, which is not enough compared with the vigorus develepment of the bilateral trade and investment. Finally the author puts forward some suggestions for the legal exchange between China and Africa.
