Abstract

Purpose of this paper is to review the literature on strategies of service innovation towards identifying which strategies dominate more in optimizing service innovation success and outcomes. The reviewed relevant studies were selected from well known journal such as Journal of Service Management and Technovation journal. The review revealed that customer orientation strategy is the most dominating within other strategies of service innovation. The review also revealed customer orientation strategy impacts service innovation success and achievements from different perspectives
