Abstract

Law students receive little hands-on experience with litigation documents in traditional law school courses. Fortunately there are a number of legal research resources that can be used to help draft motions, complaints, or other litigation documents. This column, written for Student Lawyer magazine, focuses on a number of these litigation practice materials including in-house work product, PACER, forms, model jury instructions, and verdicts and settlements.
