Explanatory Notes for Sustainable Justice

Abstract

Translation of the "Toelichting Duurzame Rechtspraak", the explanatory notes which were included in the invitation to the Expert Meeting on Sustainable Justice, held on December 2, 2011 in Utrecht, the Netherlands, which Meeting was organized by the Montaigne Center for Judicial Administration and Conflict Resolution at the University of Utrecht. The Expert Meeting was chaired by Prof. Cees Flinterman Ph.D., a member of the Human Rights Committee of the United Nations.
