Abstract

"The distinguished authors of this edition highlight the ongoing development of arbitration law and practice in the Asian region. Each of the chapters provides a detailed account of not only the law as written but also as applied within the courts. Together, they provide a picture of a region in transition, in which gradual convergence of arbitration practices is evolving."

Reviews:

"The authors of the articles for the countries covered in this book are all well-known and respected arbitration practitioners, and their articles are all informative, providing too, candid and local insights into the practice of international commercial arbitration in their respective jurisdictions."
- Asian International Arbitration Journal

"This is a book with a distinguished publishing history, and the third edition continues to provide comprehensive coverage of the Asian region by a team of largely well known international arbitration practitioners, who give in-depth exposition and analysis of the current law and practice in their respective countries...

This is a book which will serve its readers well and provide not only knowledge but insights." - MICHAEL HWANG S.C.
