This is the test that defines the relationship between consumption and labor differentiating them. In this context, the methodology uses logical arguments and the following grounds: (i) the proof of the development of consumerist relationship, (ii) checking the existence of differences in the relationship consumerist different historical contexts, and (iii) the proof evolution jurisdiction of the Labour Court, by determining procedural principles and valuation of modern constitutional principles in order to determine the jurisdiction of the Labour Court in opposition of Special Courts, which are competent to resolve conflicts in relationships consumption, through exegesis art. 114, subsection I of CRFB/88.
