Abstract

In this legal opinion, I analyse the exclusive dealing agreement (the “agreement”) purportedly entered between MTN, a Communications Licensed Mobile Network Operator (“MNO”) and the Franchisee of “Who wants to be a millionaire” television game show (the “game show”) for any anti-competitive effect in Nigeria’s Communications market.
