Abstract
In the literature we find a relatively small number of published studies aimed at profiling rape. Therefore, the overall objective of this research is to perform an empirical analysis of the behavior models for rape and an exploration of how these behavioral patterns associated with different types of rapists, with the purpose achieving a typology of Romanian rapist.
Also, the specific objective of the research is to analyze the behavior exhibited for rape and, using statistical analysis, highlighting discriminative behavior for each type of rapist.
