Abstract

21 aspects of developing great software ability are presented and examined by 7 revolutionary changes for education greatly supported though not greatly implemented. Five examples of actual combining of the 7 education changes applied to the 21 aspects of becoming a great programmer are presented as cases of success others can follow.
