This article discusses various laws on international arbitration. It compares different provisions of arbitration law like English Arbitration Act, 1996, UNCITRAL Model Law, New York Convention, US Federal Act, 1925. It specifically compares arbitration agreement, doctrine of competence-competence, arbitration award & etc.
