Abstract

In an article in the Journal of the American Water Works Association in 1979, the author presented a model which made it possible to determine whether a water conservation policy is desirable or undesirable. The purpose of this paper is to demonstrate the usefulness of this model by a concrete application; namely, the evaluation of waste control policies for a large urban water system.
