Abstract

Since 9/11, self defense against terrorists has been the object of different scholars, who interpret stricly for the one, largely for the second the applied of this institution. In the present contribution, I propose to assess state practice since the adoption of resolution 60/1 in order to establish if any change could be observed thereafter.
