Abstract
Written testimony submitted to the Nevada Senate Transportation Committee regarding S.B. 190 and Nevada statutes regulating moving companies, taxicabs, and limousines -- specifically, the state's Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity Requirement. Nevada's restrictions on Certificates makes its law the most anti-competitive licensing law in the nation.
