Abstract

This work derives that a Zero Waste culture is a paradigm to sustainable progression of your outfit. If at all one is keen to maintain it in Fitness mode. The solution is through a higher level cognizance to win-win. How this congnisance leads to unprecedented profits is explained. It is experimentally illustrated through a small mathematical exercise that working for an objective realisation is better than merely assigning work. This paper draws on the advice of Quality Gurus W.E. Deming and P. Crosby. Their works have been referenced to augment that Zero Waste culture is the possible solution to invigourate processes and people. It builds a paradigm to improve competence by a hierarchical progression of operator for due morale building to improve one's performance. The essence is in transforming the attitude- to competence. Say compettitude (competence attitude).
