Abstract

This article explores the extent to which the construction industry has embraced Dispute Avoidance Processes (DAPs) such as Dispute Review Boards and Dispute Resolution Advisers. It explores how current DAP models might be improved upon to bring an end to the disputatious culture that plagues the construction industry.
