The guide describes: characteristics, which can to help for analyzing of information about the University; method of analysis of information about the University; the basic myths about the Universities in Ukraine, which replicated in the mass-media; an example of analysis: the University chosen, in which the authors teach. Graduates of secondary schools and students, who read our material, noted its high usefulness. We believe that this material will be useful for a wide range of scientists in the field of Education. In fact, this guide describes a method for analyzing of the level of development of separate professions within the University.
