Abstract
This piece examines the prevalence of deception in the emerging areas of computer-facilitated negotiation and dispute resolution, and offers coping strategies for attorneys to safeguard their clients' interests. This piece won First Prize in the 2013 Writing Competition of the Association for Conflict Resolution of Greater New York.
