Abstract

This brief piece by Berger and Cameron serves to introduce a special issue of the Osgoode Hall Law Journal, which they developed as guest editors. The issue, titled, “Rights Constitutionalism and the Charter of Rights and Freedoms,” addresses Canada’s experience with the Charter after thirty years, from a variety of perspectives and through papers by several leading Canadian and non-Canadian constitutional scholars.
