Abstract

Israeli law was not blind to the significant social and demographic change of the aging of Israeli society. Throughout the years, legislation and court-rulings,have addressed the new legal needs that have arisen with the ageing of the Israeli society. This article will describe the diverse ways in which the field of law and aging has developed in Israel, and the challenges it still faces.
