This research is to explicate the subject of personal knowledge management and psychological characteristics and their relationships. The research method is a descriptive-survey type by using questionnaires including 72 questions with sample size of 268 cases among administrators and experts in the field of knowledge management. Results were analyzed by Pearson Correlation coefficient and Statistical Methods. The results showed that education has significant positive relationship with the ability of individuals in personal knowledge management. All personality characteristics had a significant positive relationship with personal knowledge management except for nervousness. Nervousness had a significant negative relationship with personal knowledge management. The findings also showed that there was significant relationship between the five dimensions of personality characteristics and four dimensions of personal knowledge management.
