This paper describes the results of the application of a methodology for management and professional staff of three professional smart skills: warn and respond, combine and connect and create and produce in a sample of middle management executives from different organizations and sectors productive graduates who participated in formal courses of Directors and Senior executives, conducted in the period August 2011 to August 2012, in the Laguna district of the State of Coahuila, Mexico. The methodology allowed to systematically investigate the presence and level of one or more skills that define a range of management and leadership roles, using instruments of self-diagnosis of Management Skills, Leadership Styles and Employability Skills, whose data fed arrays meanings and skills that helped identify the skills and professional training opportunities related intelligent knowledge and understanding necessary to effectively carry out the various functions of management leadership of the groups studied, these being: self-management and personal skills to those that follow the achievement of results and the use of resources, highlighting the strengths and communication planning.
