E-Dostluk: Local Social Network for Turkmenistan

The social communities are the most attractive internet sites nowadays. It provides a huge potential of business opportunities like marketing, advertising, performance and analytical analyzing, also building a relationship and instant interaction with customers. In this assignment, two months old, a new social platform 'E-Dostluk' for the specific region and nation was analyzed within very initial stage until current circumstance with briefly detailed information. The main purpose of the birth of this social site is relying on obstacles and preventions of the most common and the most known social networks in Turkmenistan. The functionality of this site is almost the same as Facebook and also has some other functions such as blog, forum, and marketplace all in one. But main difference appears in the strategy, mission, vision and goals. It is an advantage to be the first Turkmen social network and it puts the E-Dostluk a step ahead from others. The project targets 33 million Turkmen language speakers all over the world. Due to increase in internet usage in Turkmenistan and the government internet investments, E-Dostluk is well-timed project with a bright future. Furthermore, the administration staff is quite popular web-designer group among Turkmens, and has well-known partners such as Japbaklar and Turkmen Design. In addition, the site is still in beta version, and the integrations are being made every day to lessen the existing flaws and to simplify the site for easy using.
