Internet has led us to adopt special law, digital economy law…Web 2.0 has urged us to rethink core legal concepts such as liability and ownership and introduce notions such as sharing and availability. The Internet of Things – which no one doubts will be the next technological revolution – will be a legal tsunami, the intensity and magnitude of which are unknown to date.
